How do I place an order?
Before placing an order I would like to find out more about materials and see the clothing myself. Do you send the products to the customer for tests or fitting?
We do. Also, you are always welcome in our office in Sochaczew, where we can show our collection and talk about the details of the order. If it is not possible for you to visit us, we can send the clothing after receiving deposit which is agreed upon with every customer individually.
What is the difference between classic Elite Collection and Premium Collection?
Premium Collection is an upgraded version of the line of clothing well-known to our customers.
The most important and the most visible changes in Premium Collection are new materials and finish work. Although classic Elite collection has been a successful line, we decided to develop Premium Collection in order to satisfy the needs of our customers for high-end products.
Constant development of our products is also related to our increased presence on the European market and reaching out to the leading teams in professional cycling.
Are the prices of products available in Premium Collection section dedicated to companies/teams?
No. There is a separate price list for products made according to customer’s design. It can be sent to the customer by e-mail.
Some products do not have fixed price. Why?
The cost of some products may be determined only after agreeing upon the final design. Number of colours, logos, etc. have impact on final production and embroidery costs, especially in case of bags, polo shirts or t-shirts. Before commencing the production stage, we always send the customer the final price for acceptance.
I received a price list. Are the net prices final, or is there an extra charge for zippers, pockets and pads?
The prices presented in our price list are final, with no hidden costs (except products demanding embroidery works – see the question above).
We offer three non-standard elements on customer’s demand (extra charged):
Gel pad instead of standard foam pad
A zippered pocket added to the three standard pockets
Customer’s signature on the product
I have a vector graphic design prepared. Do I still have to pay for preparatory stage of production?
Yes. The fee for preparatory stage of production is mandatory, regardless whether the customer provides his/her own graphic design.
What if I do not have all logos prepared in vector graphics version?
If the logo is not sophisticated, our graphics can make it (may be extra charged). If your logos are in a bitmap version, we can print them but there is a considerable risk of problems with print output.
Why do I have to provide Pantone C colours, instead of numbers CMYK?
Every printer has different colour settings, so we use Pantone C palette to eliminate the differences in colours’ tones. Before printing can be made, we assign tones to corresponding colours from Pantone palette. For more information please go to Szablony graficzne (link).
I would like to order a bag with a non-standard pattern. Is it possible?
Yes. Bags and backpacks are the only products in which the pattern can be changed upon customer’s request. To perform the changes in the pattern, the order has to include no less than 100 items.
DANIELO does not have an online shop. How do I place an order then?

In the content section please provide us with:
Product code, size and quantity
Your details: full name, address (invoice details) and phone number
You will receive order confirmation in maximum 24 hours. If you place your order during the weekend/holiday, confirmation will be sent within the next working day.
Choosing the right size
Due to the flexibility of materials used in cycling clothing (especially jerseys), it may be the case that two, or even three sizes will fit one person. Choosing an ideal size usually depends on individual preferences of the customer.
For those who feel more comfortable in looser clothing during the ride, we recommend choosing bigger size. If you have any doubts, please provide us with height and weight of the person that will wear the clothing, and we can help with choosing the right size.
You can return or make an exchange of the purchased product within 14 working days since the date of purchase. If you plan to return/exchange a product, send it back to us. You may, but do not have to, inform us about it by e-mail. The clothing cannot have any signs of utilization. The customer returns the purchased products at his own expense. In case of returns/exchanges we recommend using sending parcel with tracking number.
Return: together with the clothing you wish to return, please send us your address details and bank account number, so that we can return you money within 7 working days.
Exchange: together with the clothing, please send us an information about the size for which you want to exchange and provide your address details.
